Job Description:
Due to a busy workload, our client are now in a position to take on an Office Junior on a temp to perm basis. Reporting primarily to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the whole team, and helping the office to run smoothly. Main responsibilities will include:

* Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with queries - transferring or taking messages as appropriate
* Greeting visitors to the company offices
* Ensuring the post is franked and that the franking credit is topped up where necessary
* Arranging couriers when necessary
* Inputting invoices onto spreadsheets
* Requesting copy invoices to ensure records match supplier statements
* Checking delivery notes against invoices, filing of invoices and supplier statements
* Ensuring stationary levels are kept topped up, ordering requirements for Head Office and returning of unwanted or incorrect stationary
* Helping with productions of mail shot/advertising campaigns as required
* Filing and archiving as and when required
* Ensuring that the meeting room is kept tidy and is prepared for meetings
* Other ad hoc tasks such as loading and unloading the dishwasher, ensuring there is enough paper in copiers and printers, monitoring supplies in the kitchen etc

Own transport is required to reach this location as it is not based in central Newbury.

Job Description:
This is a varied and enjoyable position, working within an exciting business (home entertainment & audio visual products) at a modern home office based just outside Newbury.

This role has dual responsibilities. The first is to provide administrative support to the sales team and Managing Director. The person must be proficient with all aspects of sales order processing and stock control. The second is to assist with the financial aspects of the company, so we ask that the successful candidate is proficient with SAGE Line 50.

This is a full time role (10.00am start time to 5.30p finish) and the majority of the week this individual will be dealing with the receipt and processing of sales orders, developing sales where appropriate as well as
