What’s your biggest career achievement to date?
Completing a Digital Marketing Diploma. This was an industry/subject I knew very little about and had no prior experience of, so I found the course academically challenging, but was incredibly proud that my hard work and effort paid off with a pass rate of 88%.
What do you believe makes Dovetail Recruitment different?

If you could take 1 item to a desert island, what would it be?
A brilliant book, or a bottle of gin - depending on how the day's going!
My top tip for candidates
Treat hunting for a job, like a job. Your perfect role won't just land in your lap, you need to go out and find it. Think outside the box, connect with people and follow up.
