Our client is looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their growing & friendly business.

You will be joining a team of fellow Internal Account Managers, analysing data from bills and using our CRM system to prepare reports on comparing energy prices for B2B customers and maintaining a healthy relationship with our clients.

You will be joining a team of fellow Internal Account Managers, analysing data from bills and using the CRM system to prepare reports on comparing energy prices for B2B customers and maintaining a healthy relationship with clients.

Key responsibilities:
• Analyse billing data
• Prepare proposals to compare energy prices from a variety of energy suppliers
• Liaise with customers where required
• Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the energy market
• Develop an in-depth understanding of a variety of CRM system reports and dashboards.
• Hold weekly ‘update’ calls with key internal stakeholders
• Prepare opportunity reports for key internal stakeholders

Skills and experience required:
• Educated to degree level (Although not essential)
• Numeric and analytical
• Ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative
• Good communication skills
• Confident Telephone Manner
• Ability to have fun!
