Our client are a rapidly expanding, exciting retail and distribution Company, proactively developing and manufacturing new and innovative products to bring to market. Due to rapid growth they are seeking an Account Management / BD / Lead Generation to work as part of their dynamic, vibrant and friendly team.
The successful candidate will be focused on growing the to B2B sales function where the role will be split equally between account management and new business/lead generation.
You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of accounts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through regular contact. Identifying opportunities to maximise sales revenues through these accounts. 
  • Implementing sales strategies provided by the management team to achieve sales growth.
  • Working closely with the management team to provide sales support for the company’s key accounts.
  • Ensuring inbound leads are qualified and converted.
  • Generating leads and developing prospects, working with the management team to convert these.
  • Supporting the sales and marketing function as a whole, including attending sales meetings and trade shows.
  • Ensuring KPIs set by the management team are met.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of maximising sales and exceeding targets in a B2B environment.
  • To be comfortable and confident in seeking new business with a natural sales ability and resilience in the face of rejection.
  • A good telephone manner and the ability to deal with customers on a face to face basis when required.
  • To be a self-starter who is well organised, tidy and computer literate. You must be able to deal with a diverse range of customers.
  • To be willing and able to travel to meet customers if required (specifically holding a full driving licence).

0900 – 1730 (Full Time)
