Job Title:    Media Sales Account Manager
Based in:    Basingstoke, Hants (Covering Thames Valley)
Salary:        £24-26k plus excellent bonus structure
Contract:    Permanent
 
As a Media Sales Account Manager for this successful entertainment group you will be working as part of an extremely dynamic and successful team selling their ever expanding portfolio of media solutions to local businesses.

Role Overview:
 
As an experienced Account Manager, you will need to be familiar with your local territory (West Berks/Hampshire) and be able to spot commercial opportunities by generating new business leads and identifying, understanding and satisfying current clients’ business requirements. 

You will be working with a talented support team to get your campaigns developed and delivered on time. It will be your job to co-ordinate, manage and deliver this dedicated group of sponsorship, promotions, interactive and creative experts to deliver fantastic solutions for your clients.

With a multitude of offerings that are flexible and multilayered you will have the ability to offer an unrivalled solution to local businesses supporting their growth and brand messaging.
 
Experience:  

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A background in field sales, preferably within the media industry.
  • Comfortable and familiar with meeting sales targets
  • Strong organisational skills are a must.
  • Self-motivation, commercial acumen and above all a ‘can do’ attitude are paramount.
  • Self motivated and have the ability to manage your own time and diary effectively and efficiently.
