Duties & responsibilities
 
My clients Occupancy Planning stream supports  major and minor strategic initiatives through management of occupancy planning, business unit engagement, and relocation activity.
 
We are reshaping the property service delivery on the  account and this role plays a key part in uplifting overall performance to provide leading edge services  aligned to ‘The Future of Work’ methodology.  Delivery must encompass fluid vertical and horizontal alignment to stakeholders support functions.
 
The role objectives are:

  • Management of analytics & reporting requirements
  • Support Business Performance for the Occupancy Planning Team
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across all accountabilities
  • Contribute to the growth of the company
  • Corporate Strategic Directives (M&A Activity)
  • Long term Strategy planning for exits, consolidations, refurbishments

 
Analytics & Reporting

  • Provide Best-in-Class Analytics and Reporting services by leading the tracking, measuring and reporting of the Clients’ occupancy statistics and portfolio data. Including updates and delivery of standard reports as required; the review, manipulation and analysis of data to generate custom reports as required; and input of data into presentation formats as required.
  • Prepare and deliver the required data and associated analysis to support the development of the client’s overarching Accommodation Strategy, other Portfolio Optimisation strategies, Business Unit Specific Accommodation Strategies, and other Strategy initiated projects as required. Including the provision and analysis of relevant data and reports from CAFM provider or the established MS Access database, autonomously and/or in consultation with  Property stakeholders, BU Representatives, End Users (internal management and staff) as required.

 Business Performance and Innovation

  • Continuously improve presentation and accuracy, quality and integrity of related reporting content
  • Coordinate the activity detailed in the annual OP Delivery Plan, and provide a quarterly report to the Regional OP Lead / Account Director

Contribute to Growth of Company

  • Deliver in accordance with the companies Business Plans, identifying opportunities to uplift delivery and performance
  • Actively contribute to the smooth implementation of Technology initiatives, including systems transitions and adjustment of operational processes
  • Provide input to drive continuous improvement and enhance efficiency across the account

 
Performance objectives

To provide outstanding delivery of Space Services reporting and analytics in line with  requirements and strategic objectives, and superior trusted advice and relationship management to all  stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in the delivery of Space Management services across ’s Property Portfolio by managing, maintaining, reporting and analysing Space Data.

Systems & Software:

  • Microsoft Excel – advanced
  • Microsoft Access – Intermediate

  • CAFM / IWMS Systems  – advanced

Candidate Profile

The person should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in data management and analytics, Strategy and Business Intelligence ideally in relevant CRE field (with large corporates or government). 
 
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, Information Management, MIS, Computer Science or related analytical field; advanced degree preferred.
 
The candidate must be able to give and take direction and work productively in a client-facing environment. The ability to deliver in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight operational deadlines is paramount to this role, as well as being client-focussed, goal-orientated, and eager to exceed performance targets.
