Description

Job Title:            CAD Space Planner
Reports To:                   SMMAC Operations Manager
Role Purpose
To support the Space Management and Moves, Adds and Changes team in the provision of accurate CAD drawings and innovative space planning solutions for dedicated Enterprise Accounts, Local Facilities Management accounts and individual client project commissions as and when required.
Key Responsibilities

  • ¾ Working within a client team or central variable team, provide accurate CAD drawings of client accommodation as and when required.
  • ¾ Provide innovative and creative alternative layout options to improve workflow and/or enhance the client working environment.
  • ¾ Be proficient in the use of Autocad and be open to learn other CAD systems as and when required for specific client sites.
  • ¾ Become proficient in the set up and delivery of Occupancy Audits using specified CAD/CAFM tools (training provided where necessary)

 
Requirements
 

  • ¾ Proven experience of working with Autocad Release 10 and above
  • ¾ Proven experience of space planning, preferably within a corporate environment
  • ¾ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • ¾ Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
