Contract Length: 3 months
Salary: £45-50k depending on experience
Start: ASAP but will consider Jan 2019 start for right person

As the Partner Marketing Manager for this global software company you will be joining a team at at time of growth. This is an exciting incremental addition to the Partner Marketing team which will prove to be very varied and busy.

The partner marketing manager will be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of marketing programs and communications to and through the EMEA region’s partners. 
 
The emphasis is on driving the partner communications engine and demand generation through the partner channels in alignment with corporate objectives and strategies.  The role strongly collaborates with the global partner marketing organisation, regional marketing managers, partner sales managers and outside agencies.
 
Responsibilities 

  • Create and execute partner demand generation programs working with regions and agency
  • Report on budget usage and ROI
  • Work with worldwide partner marketing to develop and provide feedback on suitable campaign content for through channel campaigns
  • Closely collaborate with regional marketing to drive effective marketing programs through local partners
  • Drive continuous data analysis of partner campaigns – pipeline contribution and trends that enable actionable insights
  • Manage partner e-newsletters, design, content editing, targeting, editorial calendar and optimisation of email communications, in compliance with legal requirements and corporate governance. Need to research, identify sources, and gather information for content development 
  • Provide content around marketing funds, enablement, campaigns, programs and partner events
  • Manage partner enablement plan series working with the enablement team and regional marketing

 
What we are looking for 

  • 5+ year’s experience in B-B high tech/SaaS partner marketing and programs in multiple countries
  • Proven success in driving partner programs with a significant, measurable pipeline generation and revenue contribution
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to combine technology and business strategies to develop compelling, tailored partner programs
  • Ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with marketing and sales teams
  • A flexible self-starter with the energy and growth mindset to take on different programs and drive execution as needed
  • Compelling verbal and written communication skills and the gravitas to engage with at a senior level
